Mary Beth grew her marketing skills while working in the family landscape/architecture business on her father’s 40 acre working tree farm & nursery he started in 1947. Working with everything from large corporate clients and yearly contracts to retail consumers who came every spring to buy her families renowned hardy geraniums, perennials and trees, as well as to consult with the family experts on landscape projects, troubleshooting issues and installations of water and lighting features.
An Alumni of the University of Pittsburgh, (1993), she immersed herself in the world of Marketing and all that she learned with customer service and client relations. In the late ‘90’s she earned her specialization in Social Media and Internet Marketing as well as developing her leadership abilities in building cohesive, productive & positive teams.
After decades of consulting, she found her love of establishing in-house Marketing departments and was the lead in creating and implementing a Marketing Department for a large local real estate brokerage. From there she was recruited on to creating yet another Marketing Department for medium-sized mortgage company that she helped to grow & gain nationwide footholds and exposure.
She has continued to consult with companies of all shapes and sizes & through her systematic analysis of current workflows in marketing, social protocol, infrastructure, process & production - she has helped countless companies become more efficient, positive & productive atmospheres for not only their clients but their staff & new recruits; increasing positive workflow efficiencies, company perception, process protocols & implementing the latest in technology tools and systems to achieve optimal results for management & shareholders.
